This is quite the leaderly thing to say because I agree with it as being dead on accurate.

This is quite the leaderly thing to say because I agree with it as being dead on accurate.
Not running for President has some advantages: one being the abilty to speak more freely:
"I can't wait to see Barack raise his hand, take that oath of office and get to work," she told 3,000 delegates at Chicago's American Federation of Teachers conference on Saturday.
"Our president goes to Japan four months before the election that will finally show him the door and says he's going to take global warming seriously," the Washington Post quotes her. "Then as he's leaving the G-8 conference, says to people around him, 'Goodbye from the biggest polluter world in the world.' You've got to ask yourself, how did this happen to our country?"
All well and good. Democrats need to hammer, hammer, hammer on this from now until....Eternity.
But check this out: She's on a roll -
"A vice-president who shoots somebody in the face, you couldn't make that up," she added, as a "highlight" of the two-term Bush presidency.
This little barb is like something I would say! That's DFH talk! Of course I approve.
But here is the clincher - this really should happen. It wont but it would be among "The Right Things" that people should do.
The Republicans, she continued, "should hold a press conference and apologize to the country and say they're just not going to run anyone for president."
They have simply fucked this country UP. Hillary can't come out and say that, but I sure as hell can and I know MILLIONS of people totally agree.
Grover Norquist should rue the day he made his "drown government in a bathtub" comment and the GOP should be charged with RICO violations AND investigated for treason because their Permanent Republican Majority plan is - to me - a statement of overthrowing the US government.
And Hillary is saying what I have been saying: The GOP has NOBODY to run. McCain is a lame forced-choice because they have NOBODY (but Ron Paul) that is close to "really credible". McCain's "standing" in "America" is 100% due to media support, not because lots of people "really like him".
(I delivered some pizza to McCain supporters recently" An OK tip but weird people...)
So today I thank Ms. Clinton for saying what I would have wanted said.
